In 1976, the Matyó Producers' Cooperative was established by merging four companies, which later operated as Matyó Agricultural Cooperative, and from 2007 as Matyó Agrártermelő Ltd. Since the change of ownership at the end of August 2018, the company has been continuing production with a new approach and unchanged scope of activities.
The Matyó Group has 157 employees and more than HUF 7 billion of total annual net sales.

In 2008, the Cashline Group acquired a significant stake in the field of dairy farming and field crop production in the southern part of Fejér County. By strengthening the company's management and financial position ensured the conditions for profitable and efficient operation.
